This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation for the sale and delivery of products/services ordered electronically by the Buyer.

The type, quantity, brand/model, price, and payment method of the product/service are based on the details confirmed by the Buyer at the time of order completion.

• The Buyer acknowledges having read and confirmed the basic features, price, payment, and delivery details of the product/service on the website.
• The product/service shall be delivered to the specified address or electronically within a legal period not exceeding 30 days.
• If the product/service cannot be supplied, the Seller will inform the Buyer and refund the amount within 14 days.
• The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days.
• The right of withdrawal and exceptions are detailed below.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product/service without any justification, by providing written notice to the Seller.

• Products/services made to the Buyer’s specifications.
• Services or digital content delivered instantly in electronic form.
• Products/services excluded from the right of withdrawal by law.

Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are authorized.

By placing an order on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
